"The workshop was fun and the exercises with horses helped us see how we communicate and operate as a team.  What happened in the arena stayed there, but what we learned went back to the office with us."

~ Chris Bergin,  Business Owner Trinity Business Partners.

Team Building Workshops and Coaching

All workshops are customized lasting between 2-3 hours, and the ideal group size is 6-12.   Coach Monica Anderson  meets with the client organizers to answer any questions, and understand  goals, team challenges and opportunities, prior to proposing and designing the optimal experiential program and proposal based on time and number of participants.

All activities are non-riding, and no prior experiences with horses is required.  The facility fees help maintain the pastures and care for horses living in the Sibley Equine Conservancy 501 c3 non-profit.
